"Roots" is a tasting menu designed to get excited about the cuisine of Tarragona. A proposal to go back to the origins, where the grandmother wrote all the recipes handwritten, and the ones from sailors and the fishermen of Tarragona. Recipes of sea and land, preserved with care by the memory of those who refuse to forget the past and the fresh, seasonal and local product. A symbiosis between antiquity and avant-garde cuisine to delve into the purest Tarragona cuisine through its icons.All this to pay tribute to those people who are no longer here, but thanks to whom Tarragona's cuisine is still alive today.

The red shrimp, the sailor "ranxo", the romesco and the heritage from the Roman empire take the lead in this menu with all the proposals. From the gàrum to the suquet, passsing by the soldier stripped shrimp, the white shrimp, the blue fish, the vegetables from the orchards of our land. "Roots" is a menu designed to enjoy and discover through gastronomy, created to taste with the pairing of wines and champagne which are also born in our land. All this without losing sight of the history and the culture of Tarragona with the Roman cuisine as a reference.

A six course tasting menu which you can enjoy from the nearest table to the open kitchen in Seasons Restaurant, located at number 10 of Plaça Corsini. The menu is created with top quality products, treated with love and respecte, which they arrived to your table in a perfect fusion between essence, origins and modernity. All with pay tribute to those who are no longer with us, but thanks to them made possible that the cuisine of Tarragona is still alive today.
