The very name of the Seasons Restaurant is a reflection of the importance that seasonal produce acquires in this gastronomic area. Our food philosophy is clearly focused on respecting the seasonality of fresh products and, at the same time, on offering traditional cuisine, a journey into the past with touches of the present.

THE CHEF


Chef Xavi Fernàndez has materialized an exciting project that he had been thinking about for a long time. The Seasons Restaurant, inaugurated in February 2020, meets his aspirations of owning a cosy restaurant serving local cuisine where the produce is the protagonist.

With an idyllic setting in the historic city centre, next to the cathedral steps, the doors of the Seasons Restaurant are open to offer its visitors an experience they will enjoy with all five senses. The fusion of tradition and modernity, qualities evident in the design of the restaurant, are also transferred to the chef's creations.

THE ENVIRONMENT


The Upper Part is a must-see during our city tour. Both Tarragona's resident population and visitors find a wide range of gastronomic, cultural and leisure activities in this area. Inside the labyrinth of narrow streets of the historical centre, you can still breathe the atmosphere of what used to be the medieval city.
